The glow is a real thing, not a marketing thing
Four weeks in my esthetician asked what I changed. I changed this. Texture on my cheeks is visibly smoother.

Replaced my vitamin C serum budget
Not really — I still use topical. But the combined effect of topical + this internally has been more noticeable than either alone.

Ritual > result, but also result
Stirring this into warm water every morning has become the first calm minute of my day. That alone is worth it. The skin bonus is a bonus.

Tastes less rose-y than I expected

Manjistha is the underrated ingredient here
Most 'skin from within' blends lean on collagen. This one leans on manjistha + turmeric, which is the more interesting bet. My post-inflammatory marks from last year's breakouts are fading faster than usual.
