Refund policy.

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return any unopened jar for a full refund. Started a jar and decided it's not for you? Email us — we'll usually still take it back. We'd rather keep your goodwill than your ₹999.
How to start a return
- Email care@sprimx.example with your order number.
- We'll send a return label by reply.
- Drop the parcel at the nearest Bluedart / Delhivery counter within 14 days of getting the label.
- Refund hits your original payment method 5–7 business days after we receive it.
Who pays return shipping
You do, unless we sent the wrong item, the package arrived damaged, or the product doesn't match its COA. In those cases, we cover both directions and add a token 100 reward points for your trouble.
What we can't take back
- Powders that have been opened past 30% of jar weight.
- Subscription shipments after the third paused or skipped delivery.
- Items not bought direct from sprimx.com.
Refund vs. store credit
Default is a refund to your original card / UPI / wallet. If you'd prefer store credit, we'll add 5% on top — your ₹1,499 becomes ₹1,574 to spend on the next order.
We track every return and read every reason. If you tell us why a blend didn't work, that's a gift to the formulator — and to the next customer.
