Shipping

• Standard (Delhivery) — 3 to 5 business days across India. Free over ₹999, otherwise ₹69 flat.
• Express (Bluedart) — 1 to 2 business days to tier-1 cities. ₹149 flat.
• We ship from Bengaluru, Karnataka. Orders placed before 2 PM IST go out the same day; later orders ship the next.

Tracking

We email a tracking link the moment the courier collects. Logged-in customers can also see status under /account/orders in real time.

International

We don't ship outside India direct yet. The cleanest path is an Indian forwarder (Shop & Ship, Delyver) — we'll deliver to their warehouse, they handle the rest.

Returns

See the refund policy — 30-day window, we cover postage when we're at fault, refund hits your original method in a week.

Damaged in transit

Open the box on camera if you can — photos help us escalate with the courier. Email us within 48 hours and we'll dispatch a replacement before any returns are coordinated. You shouldn't wait on us.
