By using sprimx.com you agree to these terms. They're short because the relationship is simple: we sell honestly-dosed botanicals; you read what's on the label and decide whether to buy.

The product

SPRIMX powders are food, not medicine. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Every claim on the site is sourced to a study you can read; we don't make therapeutic claims.

If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, on prescription medication, or under a doctor's care for a chronic condition, talk to them before starting any supplement — including ours.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email when we accept it (typically within minutes). Until we accept, we can refuse for any reason — usually because something on the page was mispriced or out of stock.

Pricing & taxes

Prices on Indian-shipping pages are inclusive of GST. Prices elsewhere may exclude duties; you're responsible for those at customs.

Subscriptions

Subscribe & save 15% means: 15% off every shipment, indefinite until you pause or cancel. You can do both from your account at any time — no calls, no scripts. You'll always get a heads-up email before each ship.

Returns

Read the refund policy. Short version: 30 days, no questions, you pay return postage unless we made a mistake.

Account

You're responsible for keeping your password to yourself. We'll never ask for it.

Acceptable use

• Don't scrape the site at scale — we'll rate-limit you.
• Don't reverse-engineer or copy the design system.
• Don't resell SPRIMX without a wholesale agreement (email us).

Liability

We're liable for actual damages from defective product, capped at the order's grand total. We're not liable for consequential damages — we're a small Indian company, that cap exists to keep us in business.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
