Are SPRIMX powders FSSAI certified?
Yes. Our facility holds an FSSAI certificate for nutraceuticals, and every batch ships with a third-party heavy-metal and microbial COA. The certificate number is at the bottom of every page.
How fast do they work?
Adaptogens build over weeks, not days. Most customers notice differences in sleep, energy, or focus by week two; full effect by week six. If you're not feeling anything by then, the blend probably isn't the right match — try the quiz or email us.
Can I take more than one blend at once?
Most pairs are fine. We deliberately avoid overlapping actives across blends so stacking won't double a dose. The two combinations to be careful with: anything-with-ashwagandha plus Still Mind (which already contains it), and Ember Immunity plus Golden Drops (both turmeric-forward).
Are the doses studied at clinically-meaningful levels?
For the marker compounds, yes — every active ingredient is dosed at the level used in the studies linked from its ingredient page. Read those before you read marketing claims; ours, anyone's.
Can children take SPRIMX?
Only the Little Roots collection. The adult formulations are calibrated to adult bodyweight; we don't recommend them for children under 12.

Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. The cleanest workaround is an Indian forwarding service. Direct international shipping is on the roadmap.
How fresh is what I receive?
We make-to-order in batches of about 200 jars. The jar you receive was milled within 30 days of shipping; the COA on its product page belongs to that batch.
