Our story

A brass jar.
Weighed, never guessed.

Aanya's grandmother kept ashwagandha next to the kitchen scale. The dose was the same every morning, measured to the gram. SPRIMX was built to that standard.

Founder note

I started SPRIMX because the wellness aisle had become an exercise in plausibility. Bottles labelled “ashwagandha extract” with no withanolide percentage. Blends labelled “immunity” with turmeric at homeopathic dose. “Up to 5%” that meant 1%.

The Ayurvedic tradition I was raised in is not vague. It's prescriptive. Doses, timings, combinations, contraindications — written down for two thousand years. The vagueness is a Western marketing artefact. It doesn't come from the source.

So we built a brand around removing that vagueness. Single-origin sourcing with farm IDs you can verify. Heavy-metal and microbial COAs published per batch. Active compounds quantified, not estimated. No proprietary blends — every milligram on the label.

We're still small. We make twelve blends. The economics are tight because the standard is tight. But the people who buy our jars buy them again, and that's the only metric that ultimately matters.

Timeline

Four years of building quietly.

  1. 2021

    First formulation

Aanya leaves a corporate consulting role and partners with three cooperatives in Madhya Pradesh to source ashwagandha root by farm ID, not by aggregator.

  2. 2022

    First COA

We commission a third-party heavy-metal panel before we make a label claim. The first batch comes back at 0.4 ppm lead — well inside the spec.

  3. 2023

    Twelve blends

Adults, Women, Teens, Little Roots — four collections with twelve formulations, each calibrated to its audience by clinical advisors.

  4. 2024

    Public launch

SPRIMX opens to direct consumers. The brand promise: every milligram disclosed, every claim sourced. No proprietary blends, ever.
