PMS is a different shape now
I've had rough cycles since I was 16. Three months on this and the day-before crash is noticeably softer. Not gone — softer. I'll take softer.

Helped my mood, less so my cramps
The irritability in the luteal phase is clearly gentler. The cramps themselves — about the same. Still worth it for the first reason.

Shatavari blend that tastes like food, not medicine
The rose and cardamom are the move. I mix it into warm almond milk at 8pm and it's become the thing that tells my body the day is done.

Two cycles is the honest review window
First cycle I noticed nothing. Second cycle the difference was undeniable. Please make a travel pouch version.

My doctor approved
Showed the ingredient list to my gynecologist (she's Ayurveda-literate). She said the dosing is actually honest, which apparently is rare. Quiet win.
