    Pre-workout that doesn't wreck sleep

    I lift at 7pm. A caffeine pre-workout ruins my night. Root & Rise gives me actual strength output (tracked on my log, bench up ~5kg over 8 weeks) without the wired feeling at 11pm.

    Recovery between sessions

    I do BJJ Tue/Thu/Sat. Saturday class used to feel like mud. Now Saturday feels like Tuesday. That's the clearest change.

    Shilajit is the real deal when it's actually pure

    Great for endurance, less for pure strength

    Running is where I feel it most — longer efforts feel less leaden. For pure 1RM work I don't think it moved the needle. Four stars because the name suggested it'd do both.
